It serves as a definitive framework outlining the expected standards of behavior for every stakeholder it works with, includin Employees, Contractors, Volunteers, Board Members, Donors, Sponsors, Partners, Investors, Ambassadors and any other members.

We conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments and partnerships to ensure they align with our core values. This includes assessing the social, environmental, and ethical impact of projects and evaluating the reputation and integrity of potential partners.

We develop clear and comprehensive investment guidelines that outline the criteria and principles for investment decisions. These guidelines align with our core values and set the standards for responsible investing and impact measurement.

We actively engage with our stakeholders, including employees, Ambassadors, communities, beneficiaries, investors, and partners. This helps ensure that our actions and investments are responsive to the needs and aspirations of those affected by its initiatives.

We regularly communicate our progress, impact, and adherence to our core values to stakeholders, fostering accountability and trust. All formal reporting and written announcements are to be carried out via the foundation’s official email accounts and its website.

Support Our Mission

We All Agree To:

Conduct all activities professionally, reflecting honorably on ourselves and Grand Founders' reputation. This includes:

Understand, support, and actively promote the mission, goals, growth, and overall well being of Grand Founders. This includes:

Refraining from making discriminatory, inflammatory, hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate comments and jokes;

Refraining from carrying out unethical or illegal actions and activities;

Respecting the property, personal and professional, of all individuals and organizations, including never stealing or defacing the same;

Refrain from carrying out official business activities via personal communications channels (official Grand Founders communication shall be conducted via email and its website: www.gfounders.org / www.grandfounders.org).

Participating in foundation events and initiatives whenever reasonably possible;

Supporting the foundation and its initiatives socially, professionally, and/or financially; and

Actively looking for ways to grow the foundation’s initiatives and/or to include the foundation in all our other professional pursuits.
